低位直肠癌应用双吻合器保肛手术体会

The experence of applying dipl-stapler to protect anal in low-set rectal cancer operation

目的:探讨双吻合器在低位直肠癌术中应用的临床意义。方法:回顾分析2004年8月～2008年8月间35例低位直肠癌行Dixon’s手术中应用双吻合器作结肠肛管的端端吻合。结果:35例中,术后发生吻合口漏2例(5.71%),吻合口狭窄2例(5.71%),经保守治疗治愈,35例均痊愈。结论:应用双吻合器技术使得可以扩大Dixon’s手术适应症的范围,吻合安全可靠,简便快速,并发症少,但必须严格把握其适应症。

Objective:to approach the clinical significance of the dipl-stapler that applied in the operation of low-set rectal cancer.Methods:retrospectively analyzing 35 cases that the diplstapler was applied to the end to end anastomosis of colon and anal canal in Dixon's operation of the low-set rectal cancer between August 2004 and August 2008. Results:In the 35 cases,there were 2 cases happening stomal leak (5.71%),2 cases happening stenostomia (5.71%),and which had been recovery after expectant treatment,so 35 cases were recovery.Conclusion:applying diplstapler can enlarge the indication scope of Dixon's operation,and the anastomosis is safe,and the operation is convenient and has few complication,but it must be strict to grasp the indication.
