摘要
冰片为常用中药,中医认为其作用特点是"独行则势弱,佐使则有功",本文通过对冰片在抗菌抗炎止痛、促进血脑屏障开放、保护脑缺血、诱导肝微粒体酶等方面药理和临床作用的文献综述,认为冰片的作用特点为不仅佐使有功,而且独行也不弱。在安全性方面,合成冰片由于质量不稳定导致安全性降低,但我国新开发的天然冰片是否可以完全取代合成冰片入药,仍有待进一步研究。
As one of the common TCM,borneol was considered to be active in assisting other drugs,but weak when used separately.However,the antibacterial、antiinflammatory andanalgetic action of borneol,besides the effection to accelerate the opening of blood-brain barrier,to protect cerebral ischemia and to induce cytochrome P450s will be summarized to illustrate that borneol is active when it is used both with other medicines and separately.The security of synthetical borneol is cut down by the instability of its quality.And the substitution of natural borneol for the synthetical one requires futher reseach.
