川芎嗪对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后1L-1β和ICAM-1表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨川芎嗪对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后1L-1β和ICAM-1表达的影响。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠脑组织中的1L-1β和ICAM-1含量,同时利用TTC染色法测脑梗死体积。结果:川芎嗪组大鼠脑缺血后的梗死体积显著减小,川芎嗪组脑组织中的1L-1β和ICAM-1免疫阳性细胞在各时间点的表达与模型组相比明显减少(P【0.05)。结论:川芎嗪能显著降低脑缺血再灌注后1L-1β和ICAM-1表达从而防止脑缺血再灌注炎性损伤,起到脑保护作用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of ligustrazini(LZ) on expressions of 1L-1β and ICAM-1 proteins of the transient focal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.Methods: The volume of the cerebral infarction were estimated by 2% TTC staining,the 1L-1β and ICAM-1 positive cells were detected by immunohistochemistry staining.Results:The infarct volume in LZ group was significantly smaller than that in the corresponding regions in the control group.Compared with control group, the expressions of 1L-1β and ICAM-1 in LZ group obviously decreased at the different time checkpoint(P<0.05).Conclusion: LZ reduces the expressions of 1L-1βand ICAM-1 in model rats obviously so that the cerebral ischemic-reperfusion injury is prevented.
