摘要
目的:了解子宫肌瘤患者行子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)的治疗结果。方法:经B超检查明确子宫肌瘤共32例,行子宫动脉栓塞术治疗后,随访观察肿瘤体积、子宫体积、月经等判定疗效。结果:93.8%患者术后症状明显缓解;经随诊,74.6%肌瘤明显缩小。结论:子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤是一种安全、有效的方法。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of uterus arterial embolization(UAE) in treating uterine leiomyoma.Methods:32 in-patients diagnosed as uterine leiomyoma by B-ultrasound who were underwent uterus arterial embolization were analyzed in our hospital.Results:clinical symptoms were significantly improved in 93.8% cases after UAE,and the size of tumor significantly shrinked in 74.6% cases while followed up.Conclusion:uterus arterial embolization(UAE) is a safe and effective method for the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.
