33例老年人胆石症外科治疗临床分析

目的:探讨老年人胆石症的临床特点及围手术期处理。方法:回顾性分析33例60岁以上老年人胆石症手术治疗的临床资料。结果:33例患者中,单纯胆囊切除17例,胆囊切除、胆总管探查、T管引流术15例,胆总管切开取石胆肠RouxenY吻合1例;并发切口感染2例及术后并发肺部感染2例,并发症发生率为6.06%。结论:老年人胆石症的外科治疗必须针对老年人胆道疾病的特点,选择合适的手术时机,应重视围手术期处理,采取得当的术式,才能减少并发症提高治愈率。

Objective:One is dealt with probing into the clinical characteristic of the elderly's gall stone disease and enclosing, performing the operation. Method: Person who review analyze 33 and a half case of the elderly gall stone disease surgery therapeutic clinical materials. Result:Of 33 patients, the simple gallbladder excises 17, the gallbladder is excised, the person in over-all charge of gallbladder ascertains, T is in charge of 15 cases of drainage, person in over-all charge cuts and fetches intest. Conclusion:The surgical treatment of the elderly's gall stone disease must be directed against the characteristic of the elderly's biliary tract disease, choose the operation opportunity suitable, should pay ate.
