宫腹腔镜联合诊治输卵管性不孕症的临床观察

Clinical analysis of Hysteroscopy-laparoscopy in Female Tubal Infertility

目的:探讨宫腹腔镜检查在诊治女性输卵管性不孕症中的临床价值。方法:选择43例共86条输卵管先后进行宫腹腔镜联合检查,对其结果进行回顾性分析。结果:43例患者随访16个月,17例受孕(39.5%),其中稽留流产1例。结论:宫腹腔镜联合诊治输卵管性不孕症是一种准确有效的手术方法。

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic evaluation of hysteroscopy-laparoscopy in female tubal infertility. Methods:In 43 female infertile patients confirmed by clinical diagnosis , 86 fallopian tubes were given hysteroscopy-laparoscopy examination successively and the results were retrospectively analyzed. Result: after 16months ,there were 17 patients fertilized in 43 female infertile patients ,fertile rate is 39.5%,in which one was missed obortion . Conclusion:Hysteroscopy-laparoscopy plays an important role in female infertility examination. Is an exact and effective method in diagnosing female tubal infertility at present .
