急性有机磷农药中毒心肌损害治疗观察

目的:研究有机磷农药中毒对心肌的损害。方法:对近年抢救治疗的有机磷农药中毒201例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:急性有机磷农药中毒后可引起心肌损害,心电图表现为ST-T改变和各种心律失常。结论:农药中毒心肌损害在治疗上应及时给予心脏保护剂或(和)应用心肌营养剂,注意早期应用激素可预防和治疗心肌损害。同时,对于急性有机磷农药中毒后引起心肌损害在急诊救治过程中要给予充分重视。

Objective: To study the organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning on the myocardial damage. Methods: In recent years, emergency treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning 100 cases of clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning can cause myocardial damage, electrocardiogram showed ST-T changes and a variety of arrhythmias. Conclusion: Myocardial damage in the treatment of pesticide poisoning should be promptly given to the heart protecting agent or (and) application of myocardial nutrients, pay attention to the early use of steroids can prevent and treat myocardial damage. At the same time, for acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in the emergency treatment of myocardial damage caused by the process be given adequate attention.
