复方樟柳碱和激素球周注射对视神经挫伤的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of compound anisodine and steroid on optic nerve injury by retrobulbar injection

目的:探讨复方樟柳碱注射液和激素球周注射治疗视神经挫伤的临床疗效。方法:视神经挫伤患者共25例,进行复方樟柳碱联合甲基强的松龙球周注射,复方樟柳碱颞部皮下注射,2ml/次,1次/d,1疗程/14d,同时联合甲基强的松龙注射液20mg患眼球周注射,1次/7d,1疗程/28d。结果:治疗后视力均有不同程度的提高,由治疗前的LP(-)～0.3上升至HM/眼前～0.7。结论:复方樟柳碱注射液和激素球周注射治疗外伤性视神经病变有明显效果。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of compound anisodine and hormone on optic nerve injury by retrobulbar injection. Methods: 25 cases were given compound anisodine (2 mL/d, 1 course of treatment / 14d) by hypodermic injection near superficial temperaI artery and methylprednisolone (20mg/7d, 1 course of treatment / 28d) by retrobulbar injection.Results: The visual acuity was improved in varying degrees after treatment, from pre-treatment LP (-) ~ 0.3 up to HM / front of ~ 0.7. Conclusion: Compound anisodine and steroid by retrobulbar injection is effective for treating optic nerve injury.
