Clinical Value of Percutaneous Lung Puncture with CT Guiding for Pulmonary Diseases

目的:探讨和分析CT引导下经皮肺穿刺针吸细胞学及活检对肺癌诊断价值。方法:对1289例CT引导下经皮肺穿刺针吸细胞与活检术做回顾性分析。结果:肺癌732例,核异质36例,452例炎症,其他病变69例。结论:CT引导下经皮肺穿刺细针抽吸细胞学及活检术对肺部疾病的诊断是较好的方法,活检比细胞学诊断更好。

objective:To discuss and analyze the clinical value of cytology and biopsy diagnosis of pulmonary carcinoma by percutaneous lung puncture with CT guiding.Methods:Pulmonary diseases of cytology and biopsy diagnosis by percutaneous lung puncture with CT guiding in 1289 cases were analyzed respectively.Results:Of all 1289 cases,there were 732 cases of pulmonary carcinoma,36 cases of Nuclear heterogeneity,452 cases of inflammation,and 69 cases of other pathological changes.Conclusion:Cytology and biopsy diagnosis for pulmonary diseases by percutaneous lung puncture with CT guiding are good diagnosis methods,and a biopsy sample technique is better than a cytology smear technique.
