摘要
目的:初步探讨持续视近所致眼压变化对近视屈光度和眼轴长度的影响。方法:自愿参加本试验的近视患者116例227眼,按照持续视近后眼压升高值大小分为三组:A组(≤0.5mmHg)95眼,B组(0.5mmHg~1.0mmHg)79眼,C组(>1.0mmHg)53眼。所有受试者检查屈光度和眼轴长度,随访1a后再次检查,对各组屈光度和眼轴长度增加值进行方差分析,对所有受试者屈光度和眼轴长度增加值与眼压变化值进行相关性分析。结果:A组屈光度增加(0.48±0.35)D;B组增加(0.61±0.38)D;C组增加(0.96±0.46)D,差异有统计学意义(F=42.06,P<0.05)。A组眼轴长度增加(0.18±0.27)mm;B组增加(0.23±0.28)mm;C组增加(0.36±0.49)mm,差异有统计学意义(F=29.51,P<0.05)。屈光度和眼轴长度的增加值均与眼压变化值呈正相关。结论:持续视近所致眼压变化与近视屈光度和眼轴的增长速度具有明显相关性,在近视的发展过程中可能扮演着重要角色。
Objective:To study the intraocular pressure caused by continuous changes in the past,as the DIOPTER of myopia and axial length.Methods:Voluntary participants in this trial of 116 cases of 227 patients with myopia,according to the value of sustained elevation of intraocular pressure after depending on the size of the past is divided into three groups:A group(≤0.5 mmHg) 95 Yan,B group(0.5 mmHg~1.0 mmHg) 79 Eye,C group(>1.0 mmHg) 53 Yan.Check all the subjects of refraction and axial length,1 a followup again after the examination,refraction and axial length of each group to conduct value-added analysis of variance for all subjects to increase the value of refraction and axial length and intraocular pressure changes in value correlation analysis.Results:A group of refraction increased(0.48±0.35)D;B was increased by(0.61±0.38)D;C was increased by(0.96±0.46)D,the difference was statistically significant(F=42.06,P<0.05).A group of axial length increased(0.18±0.27)mm;B was increased by(0.23±0.28)mm;C was increased by(0.36±0.49)mm,the difference was statistically significant(F=29.51,P<0.05).Refraction and axial length of the added value are related to intraocular pressure changes in the value of a positive correlation.Conclusion:Continuous as the recent changes in intraocular pressure due to axial length and myopic refraction and the growth rate has a significant correlation,in the course of development of myopia may play an important role.
