天麻素治疗基底节区脑出血的随机对照研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨天麻注射液治疗基底节区脑出血的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的59例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用脑出血常规治疗加天麻素治疗,对照组采用脑出血常规治疗,于治疗后第14天,第21天复查头部CT观察血肿体积及血肿周围水肿的容积,进行NIHSS评分及判断疗效。结果:提示两组均有临床作用,以治疗组疗效尤为显著。结论:天麻素注射液治疗脑出血疗效确切,安全有效可行。 Objective:To study the effect of Gastrodin injecfion on basal ganglia hemorrhage.Methods:59 patients with acute basal ganglia hemorrhage a were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In. Patients the treatment of group were injected with Gastrodin injection everyday for 21 days besides routine treatment,and the patients of control group were given routine treatment. The curative effect was evaluated in the 14th day and 21st day.Results:the curative effect of treatment group is superior to that of control group.Conclusion:Gastrodin is effective on basal ganglia hemorrhage and it is safe.
