摘要
目的:研究酮洛芬(KPF)传递体的处方,并对其质量进行评价。方法:采用薄膜分散法制备KPF传递体,以包封率和粒径为指标,运用正交设计法进行处方优化,并对其质量进行评价。结果:制备的KPF传递体为圆形,包封率和粒径分别为84.7%和82.3nm;4℃下可稳定存放30d,KPF传递体变形性高且皮肤刺激性小。结论:传递体适合作为KPF经皮给药载体,正交设计法可用于KPF传递体的处方优化。
Objective:To prepare ketoprofen(KPF) transfersomes and evaluate its quality.Methods:KPF transfersomes was prepared by film dispersion method,the formula was optimized by orthogonal design with the EE and size as the indices,its quality was also evaluated.Results:KPF transfersomes was round in shape,its EE and size was 84.7% and 82.3 nm,respectively.The KPF transfersomes was stable for 30 days at 4℃,and possessed high deformability and little skin irratation.Conclusion:Transfersomes is a suitable vehicle for KPF,and it was feasible to optimize the formula of KPF transfersomes with orthogonal design.
