周围型肺癌X线表现及其鉴别诊断

目的:探讨周围型肺癌X线表现及其鉴别诊断。方法:收集45例周围型肺癌的X线资料,进行回顾分析,提出其鉴别诊断要点。结果:周围型肺癌典型X线表现为:①结节及小片块状影;②球型病灶或肿块,边缘可有毛刺征、侧缘线征、胸膜凹陷征及空泡征。结论:周围型肺癌的X线表现有一定特征性,X线仍不失为诊断周围型肺癌的重要检查方法,但要注意鉴别诊断。
