摘要
目的:建立用高效液相色谱法来测定双黄清喷剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法:高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamonsil色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm,Dikma);紫外检测波长345nm;流动相为甲醇-0.05M的磷酸缓冲液(50:50),流速为0.8mL/min;柱温:40℃。结果:盐酸小檗碱在0.08μg～1.2μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,R2=0.9997。双黄清制剂中盐酸小檗碱的平均含量为(1.25±0.04)mg/g。平均加样回收率为98.74%,RSD=1.09%。结论:方法简便、准确,重现性好,可作为双黄清喷剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。
Objective:To establish the HPLC method for the determination of berbefine hydrochloride content in shuanghuangqing frost.Methods:The analytical column was Diamonsil(250mm×4.6mm,5μm,Dikma)and the mobile phase consisted of phoshpate buffer solution(0.05M)-methanol(45:55,v:v) at a flow rate of 0.8mL/min The detection wavelength was 345nm.Results:The linear ranges of berbefine hydrochloride was 0.08～1.2μg/mL(R2=0.9997),The average recovery rates were 98.74%(RSD=1.09%).Conclusion:The metheod is simple,sensitive and reliable.It can be used for the quality contrl of Shuanghuangqing Frost
