The effect of intraocular pressure of myopic patients induced by durative nearwork

摘要 目的:观察持续视近对近视患者眼压的影响,初步探讨眼压在近视发展过程中的作用。方法:自愿受试者84人,其中正视眼组21人42眼,近视眼组63人126眼。近视眼组根据是否稳定分为稳定性近视组和进展性近视组,根据近视程度分为低度近视组、中度近视组和高度近视组。所有受试者持续视近2 h,测量试验前后眼压,并对各组试验前后眼压分别进行配对t检验。结果:正视眼组试验前眼压平均为(13.53±2.66)mmHg,试验后为(13.68±2.72)mmHg,二者差异无统计学意义(t=0.6658,P>0.05)。进展性近视组眼压从试验前的(14.38±2.85)mmHg上升为(15.24±2.91)mmHg(t=3.9482,P<0.01),高度近视组眼压从试验前的(14.67±2.37)mmHg上升为(15.42±3.05)mmHg(t=3.4234,P<0.01),稳定性近视组和低、中度近视组眼压升高不明显(t=1.3844,P>0.05;t=0.6604,P>0.05;t=1.7519,P>0.05)。结论:持续视近可引起进展性近视或高度近视眼压升高,眼压与近视发展可能有一定的关系。 Objective:To observe the effect of intraocular pressure(IOP) of myopic patients induced by durative nearwork and discuss its function during the development of myopia.Methods:Eighty-four volunteers were enrolled in this study:21 emmetropes and 63 myopes.The myopes were divided into two groups according to stability:stable myopes and progressive myopes.At the same time,it were also divided into three groups according to severity:low myopes,medium myopes and high myopes.All volunteers were tested by 2 hours nearwork and the IOP was compared between pre-test and post-test by paired t-test in every group.Results:The IOP was(13.53±2.66)mmHg before test and(13.68±2.72)mmHg after test,and it showed no statistically difference(t=0.6658,P>0.05).Compared with pretest,the IOP was increased from(14.38±2.85)mmHg to(15.24 ±2.91)mmHg(t=3.9482,P<0.01) in progressive myopes,and it was also increased from(14.67±2.37)mmHg to(15.42± 3.05)mmHg(t=3.4234,P<0.01) in high myopes after test.There had no statistically difference between pre-test and post-test in stable myopes,low myopes and medium myopes(t=1.3844,P>0.05;t=0.6604,P>0.05;t=1.7519,P>0.05).Conclusion:Durative nearwork could increase the IOP of progressive myopes and high myopes,and it suggested that the IOP was related to the development of myopia by any possibility.
