舒血宁注射液与丹参注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的比较研究

Shuxuening injection comparison with Danshen injection in treatment of angina pectoris

目的:评价舒血宁注射液和丹参注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效和安全性。方法:将120例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分治疗组和对照组。治疗组在常规治疗基础上,加用舒血宁注射液治疗2 w;对照组加用丹参注射液治疗2 w。观察用药前后两组患者心绞痛发作次数,硝酸甘油消耗量,心电图的ST-T改变情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油消耗量及心电图均有明显改善,两组比较差异有统计学意义P<0.05)。治疗组临床总有效率为93.3%,对照组为80%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组心电图总有效率分别为83.3%和65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);未见明显药物副反应。结论:舒血宁注射液能改善心肌缺血,对冠心病心绞痛患者有明显疗效。

Objective:To evaluate Shuxuening injection and Danshen injection in treatment of angina pectoris and safety of.Methods:120 patients with coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy,plus use of Shuxuening injection in the treatment 2 weeks;the control group received treatment with Danshen injection for 2 weeks.Changes observed before and after treatment on the number of angina attacks,nitroglycerin consumption,ECG ST-T changes in the situation.Results:After treatment,treatment group the number of coronary heart disease in patients with angina pectoris,nitroglycerin consumption and ECG showed significant improvement,the difference was significant(P &lt;0.05).treatment group clinical total effective rate was 93.3%,Danshen control group was 80%,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two sets of ECG total effective rates were 83.3% and 65%,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);no significant side effects of drugs.Conclusion:Shuxuening injec-tion injection can improve myocardial ischemia,angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in patients with significant effect.
