不同治疗方案在Graves病治疗中的近期及远期疗效比较

The short term effect and long term effect comparison of different therapeutic schemes in the patients with Graves’disease

目的:比较不同治疗方案在Graves病(GD)治疗中的近期及远期疗效。方法:选取于我院进行治疗的110例甲亢患者为研究对象,将其随机分为131I组(A组)55例和药物组(B组)55例,后将两组患者的近期及远期疗效进行统计及比较。结果:经研究比较发现,A组的近期疗效明显优于B组,A组的治疗总有效率、患者满意率均高于B组,治疗副作用发生率也低于B组,P均<0.05,而远期疗效中A组复发率明显低于B组,P<0.05,而A组甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)的发生率高于B组,P<0.05。结论:在Graves病的治疗中采用131I进行治疗,不管是近期还是远期疗效均优于单纯运用抗甲状腺药物进行治疗,在掌握好适应证和禁忌证的前提下,131I治疗可以作为Graves病的首选治疗方法。

Objective:To compare the short term effect and long term effect of different therapeutic schemes in the patients with Graves’disease.Methods:110 cases patients with Graves’disease in our hospital were selected as research subject,and were divided into 131I group(group A)55 cases and oral drug group(group B)55 cases,then the short term effect and long term effect of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The short term effect of group A was better than that of group B,the total effective rate and satisfaction rate were all higher than those of group B,incidence of side effects of group A were lower than that of group B,recurrence rate of long term effect of group A were lower than that of group B,P< 0.05,but the incidence of hypothyroidism of group A was higherer than that of group B,P<0.05.all differences had no statistical significance.Conclusion:The short term effect and long term effect comparison of 131I in the patients with Graves’disease are all better than those of only antithyroid drug,the treatment of 131I could be primary therapy on the premise of mastering indications and contraindications.
