乳腺癌住院病人的生命质量分析及护理对策

Breast cancer patients hospitalized life quality analysis and nursing countermeasures

目的:为了研究乳腺癌住院病人生命质量的现状及其影响因素,并为临床制订相应的护理对策提供依据。方法:本文采用《乳腺癌生命质量调查表》调查分析了85名乳腺癌住院病人生命质量的共同特征及其影响因素。结果:乳腺癌住院病人生命质量的共同特征主要表现在工作状况、呕吐、孤独感、社会支持、女性性特征损害的自我感受以及疼痛等6个方面;影响其生命质量的主要因素为年龄、诊断时病期、术后至今时间、经济收入、职业、文化程度等。结论:加强症状、心理护理和开展有关乳腺癌知识的宣传工作是提高乳腺癌病人生命质量的护理对策。

Objective:To probe the actuality and risk factors of quality of life for breast cancer inpatients,and search for the related nursing strategy.Methods:The common characteristics and risk factors of quality of life for 85 breast cancer inpatients were investigated by 'quality of life instrument for breast cancer inpatients'.Results:The common characteristics of quality of life for 85 breast cancer inpatients include labor status,vomit,loneliness,society sustain,damaging for female sexuality,pain.The main risk factors of quality of life are age,course of diseases,time after surgery,economy income,profession,degree of education.Conclusion:The nursing strategy to improve quality of life for breast cancer inpatients is to make the knowledge of therapy and prevention for breast cancer available and enhance the nursing of symptom and mentality.
