Canalith repositioning maneuver of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo

目的:探讨耳石复位法治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕的疗效。方法:应用Epley手法、Barbecue翻滚法及Semont手法对103例BPPV患者治疗。结果:103例患者经上述方法治疗72h后评定,痊愈92例,改善10例,有效率为99.03%。结论:耳石复位法治疗BPPV有效、简便、安全、经济,视为BPPV治疗的首先方法。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of the canalith repositioning maneuver to benignparoxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Methods:Epley maneuver,Barbecue rotation and Semont maneuver were applied to 103 cases of BPPV.Results:103 patients of BPPV were treated with manipulative reduction 72hours later,92 cases were cured,and 10 cases were ameliorated,effective power was 99.03%.Conclusion:The canalith repositioning maneuver is effective,convenient,safe,and economic for the patients of BPPV and may be recommended as the first-selected treatmentmodality.
