马来酸曲美布汀联合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗肠易激综合征的观察

目的:评价联合应用马来酸曲美布汀与谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊对肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:60例腹泻型患者随机分为2组各30例。对照给予马来酸曲美布汀200mg3次/d;治疗组同时加用复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊3粒,3次d。疗程均4w。记录治疗前后患者的症状、大便次数、大便性状。结果:治疗组有效率为90%,对照组有效率为73.33%(P<0.05),治疗组对缓解腹泻、腹痛优于对照组。结论:马来酸曲美布汀胶囊联合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊是治疗肠易激综合征的有效方法。

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of trimebute maleate combined with Compound Glutamine Entersoluble capsule in treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome.Methods:Sixty patients with IBS were randomly divided into two groups.The cural patients were treated with 200mg of trimebute maleate,po,tid;the matched control were added up with 500mg of Compound Glutamine Entersoluble capsule po,tid.The total efficacy rate and the changes of main symptoms were statistically analyzed.Results:The overall efficacy of cural patients was 90%,which was obvious higher than that of the controls(73.33%).The changes of abdominal pain,diarrhea were significant diference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trimebute maleate in combination with Compound Glutamine Entersoluble capsule is effective in treatment of IBS.
