鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术的临床研究

Clinical study of dacryocystorhinostomy with endoscope

目的:探讨鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术在治疗慢性泪囊炎患者中的临床价值。方法:将60例慢性泪囊炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组采用鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术,对照组采用传统泪囊鼻腔吻合术,比较二者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者临床治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05),但两组患者的临床有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎,临床疗效高,手术时间短,创伤小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of dacryocystorhinostomy with endoscope in chronic dacryocystitis. Methods:60 cases of chronic dacryocystitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group of dacryocystorhinostomy with endoscope,the control group of traditional dacryocystorhinostomy.Then comparison the clinical effects of two groups.Results:The observation group cure rate is higher than the control group(P <0.05),but the effective rate of two groups has no significant difference(P >0.05).Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy for the chronic dacryoeystitis is worthy of clinical application to treat the chronic dacryocystitis because it possesses the advantages of high clinical effects,quick operation,small tissue injuries.
