发展“立体种植”,推动山西粮食生产再登新台阶

DEVELOPING STEREO CROPPING SYSTEM TO PUSH FORWARD GRAIN PRODUCTION IN SHANXI PROVINCE

本文从建设和发展我省生态农业的战略高度,概括地阐明了立体种植在建设我省现代化农业中的战略意义。作者针对我省人口、土地、气候等生态资源特点,论证了山西发展立体种植的必要性和可行性。本文最后强调指出:应该把立体种植放在我省农业经济结构和生产布局的总体上全面考虑,坚持用地与养地相结合,当前与长远相结合,并不断使用现代化科技成果武装立体种植,在稳步改造传统农业的基础上,努力创新、发展、提高。把我省粮食生产提高到一个新的高度。

From the strategic point of view for establishing and developing ecological agriculture,the authors briefly de- scribe the historical significance,the future aspects and the strategic position of stereo cropping system for modern- ization of the agriculture in Shanxi province.Large part of this paper deals with the importance of stereo cropping system,on the basis of the ecological characteristics,including population,land use and climate in Shanxi province.Stereo cropping system is not only a key measure for agricultural production,but a profound strategy for development of ecological agriculture.It is emphasized that stereo cropping system should be worked on,to- gether with economical structure,production distribution,land utilization,soil fertility improvement,and applica- tion of modern scientific achievements.Stereo cropping system will play an important role in reconstruction of the traditional agriculture to improve food production.
