This paper makes an introduction to the idea of designing the“School Roll Management System in Educational Administration”,the method of designing the Sobordinate Module,and partial application status of the system.The function of the system is also briefly introduced.The authors put forwards two conceptions:“Single code”、“Doudle Code”,and the design and setting up of their corresponding Code Data Base.
