摘要
本文观察了野生型和突变型的寿命。实验结果表明:野生型果蝇的寿命极显著长于突变型果蝇的寿命,其中野生型雌、雄果蝇寿命分别极显著长于突变型残翅、三隐性雌、雄果蝇寿命。而野生型雌果蝇与突变型白眼雌果蝇之间的寿命差异不显著,野生型雄果蝇寿命极显著短于突变型白眼雄果蝇。从而说明隐性基因的增加,运动能力的强弱等对果蝇寿命有显著影响。
This article takes a deep observation into the life span of wild type and mutant Deosophila melanogasters. The experiments dermonstrate: The life span of wild type Drosophila melanogaster is much longer than that of mutant one. And both male and female wild type Drosophila melanogaster live respectively longer than vestigial wing and trirecessive one. However there is only shade difference between the life span of female wile type and female white-eye Drosophila melanogasters. The life span of male wile type Drosophila melanogster is much shorter than that of male mutant white-eye Drosophila melanogster. From these facts we draw a conclusion that the increase of recessive gene, the strength and weakness of moving ability, etc. have a prominent effect on the life span of Drosophila melanogaster.
