摘要
作者分别采用5个不同浓度的对二氯苯和苯处理蚕豆根尖,研究其对有丝分裂及微核率的影响,结果表明,各处理浓度均能明显抑制细胞有丝分裂,使有丝分裂指数(MI)显著降低(P<0.01),同时探讨了MI与微核率(MCNF)的相关性,MCNF随MI的降低而降低,建议在应用蚕豆根尖微核技术(Vicia-MCNT)检测化学物质的毒性时,要充分考虑MI对MCNF的效应,否则可能导致检测结果的偏差,甚至错误的结论。
We treated broadbean(Vicia faba L.)root-pits with different concentrations of p-Dichlorobenzene and Benzene to study the effect of cells’mitosis and the frequency of micronucleus(MCNF).The results indicated that the mitosis index(MI)considerably decreased compared with the controls(CP:lppm,p<0.01)when the root-tips were treated with the different concentrations of pDichlorobenzene and Benzene.We also discussed the correlations between MI and MCNF nude different conceatrations treated.These suggested that in order to obtain a reliable result in the environmental monitoring and hazarous chemicals detection with icia-MCNT,the affact of MI to MCNF had to be considered,especially,when MI were very low.
