摘要
3x＋1问题即著名的角谷猜想[1]，又称为冰雹猜想[2]，至今未得到解决．本文试在考察一般的mX＋d问题的背景下反观本猜想，主要结果为定理1与定理2。
In this paper, we considered the Problem mX+d, which is a generalization of the Problem 3X+1 i. e. Tsunotani Hail Conjecture. The main results are the Theorem 1&2.
