摘要
介绍了一种由V／F变换实现模数转换（A／D）的测试系统，其中利用了多功能同步V／F转换器AD652，测试直流电压的精度高达十万分之三左右。
A high - accuracy electrical measuring system is designed. In this system, V/F conversion (AD652)is used,and it’s accuracy to measure DC electrical can get up to 0.003%.
