摘要
本试验通过几个抗氟性不同的桑蚕品种原种蚕添食不同浓度的氟处理的桑叶后测定其头部神经节中乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性,研究了氟离子在氟中毒过程中对桑蚕乙酰胆碱酯酶的抑制效应.结果发现在较低的添氟浓度下,氟离于抑制酶活性而引起的有关生理作用不是很明显;在较高的添氟浓度下,其引起的生理效应比较明显,乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的抑制可引起蚕体活动兴奋性的亢进.乙酰胆碱酯酶活性水平在对照组和添氟组,均与和蚕品种抗氟性的无大关系.
In this experiment the author chooses several silkworm races which have different fluorides resistance as its materials,gives them different density mulberry leaves fluorine-adding treatment,then measures the active roles of acetylcholinesterase in the ganglions of their heads, studies the depressant effects of fluorine ions to acetylcholinesterase of silkworms in the course of fluorine poinsoning when they are used as inhibitors to acetylcholinesterase and thus discbvers that the depressant effects concerned exist but in the lower fluorine-adding density the physiological actions caused by the depression of enzymatic activity of fluorine ions are not very tangible and the tangible physiological action are displayed only in the higher fluorine-adding density. The depression of active roles of acetylcholinesterase may cause excitability hyperdynamia of silkworms.Besides, the research results show that the levels of active roles of acetylcholinesterase hate little relatiions with fluorides resistance of silkworm races no matter whether they are in the contrast group or in the fluorine-adding group.
