本文通过对报表构成的分析，论述了在通用会计软件中进行报表处理的一般原理和方法，及在具体实施过程中的出错情况和处理办法．
The paper,through analysing the accounting-report component, details the common principle and method about the accounting-report treatment for the General Accountant Software and the mistakes and treating method in the process of the specific implementation.
