摘要
利用模糊数学中的综合评判原理,对现行干部公开招聘选拔过程,建立一个纯理论的数学模型,并用此模型对竞选者进行综合评判,其结果可为决策者提供一个理论参考依据.
Using Fuzzy synthetical judgement theory, in this paper, we build a pure theoretical mathematical model for publicly selecting officials at present. This model can be applied to evaluate the campaigners. The result of the judgement can provide a theoretical reference basis for policy makers.
