先天性主-肺动脉间隔缺损的诊断与外科治疗(附2例报告及文献复习)

Diagnosis and surgical treatment of congenital aortopulmonary septal defect(A report of 2 cases and review of literature)

报告２例先天性主—肺动脉间隔缺损的外科治疗。通过对２例患者的治疗并结合文献复习，探讨其临床表现及诊治方法。本文认为单纯依靠病史和体格检查很难作出正确诊断，心血管造影可明确诊断。手术采用低温体外循环、经主动脉切口直视修补缺损，可取得满意的治疗效果。
