摘要
本文研究脉冲编码调制(PCM)控制方式的气压位置伺服系统。针对气压控制系统具有严重非线性、不易获得精确数学模型的特点,使用了模糊控制技术,设计了可调因子自寻优的Fuzz-PI复合控制器。最后对系统的静、动态特性进行了实验研究,并同PID控制进行了比较。实验结果表明:这种控制策略不仅能改善系统的动态性能,而且提高了系统的稳态精度,系统的重复定位精度能达到±0.25mm。
A pneumatic position servo system with pulse code modulation (PCM) is described in this paper.Because of the non-linearity and no precise mathematics model of the pneumatic system, the fuzzy control isused in this system. Also, a self. optimum fuzzy-PI controller with adjustable factor is designed. A staticand dynamic test to this system is finished and is compared with the PID controller, it shows that this controller not only improves the dynamic performance but also increases the static precision. The repeating position accuracy is ±0. 25 mm.
