本文就电力系统使用的进口数字微波公务电话存在的实际问题，提出了技术改造的必要性。论述了利用31系列单片机和程控交换技术研制的数字微波公务电话汇接器的原理、硬件结构及软件设计思想。并说明了该成果对运行维护的重要性及其推广价值。

?This paper presents the technical improvement of the application of import digital microwave service in electric power system. Based onMCS- 31 and stored program control switching, the principle of digital microwave service concentrator is introduced. The hardware structure and software design is given. Thepaper introduces the importance of the device applied in operation and maintenance and the value of wide application.
