摘要
基于高精度恒误差测频率及测周期原理,采用Lattice在系统可编程的ispLSI器件进行硬件电路设计。通过各项实测结果表明,高精度恒误差测频率及测周期原理是正确的、合理的。
This design is based on the theorem of frequency and period testing with high accuracy and constant error by using Lattice’s in-system-programmablity device ispLSI in our hardware design- Every item of testing for our design demostrates that the testing theorem mentioned above here used in this design has proved to be correct,reasonable and successful. The detailed and further study and analysis on the theorem of testing frequency with constant errors are made in this paper.
