本文置身于时代变革的大背景，论述了高校德育要更新观念，倡导宽容精神，尊重个性，为提高学生的全面素质服务。从理论与实践上探索了高校德育创新的观念、内容与现实途径，并首次提出了德育工作“人性化”、德育智育一体化的观点。

This article is placed in the background of the reform of the day. It discusses that moral education in higher schools should renew the concepts, initial the tolerant spirit,respect the individual character in order to improve the multi-qualifications of students. From both theory and practice, it probes into the concepts of bringing forth the new ideas and the ways of content and reality on education. It also intimates the viewpoint of reflecting the human nature and integration of moral and intellectual education.
