随着信息技术的发展 ,已经出现了电子图书馆、数字图书馆、虚拟图书馆等等新名称 ,通过对这一领域的研究与实践 ,笔者认为中国数字图书馆的建设已具备了丰富的信息资源和相关的技术方面的条件 ,经过努力一定会获得成功。

With the development of information technology,there have been many new names,such as electronic library,digital library,virtual library.After studing and practicing in this field,the author is confident that the project will be successful,with its present availableinformation resources and related technical conditions.
