摘要
随着石油化工产品的增加及深度加工,其排放污水中NH3-N经中和沉淀,生化处理后仍达不到国家排放标准。为促使石油化工外排污水NH3-N达标,提出了A/O生物膜脱氮、过氯化脱氮、碱化曝气吹脱脱氮及程序间歇式多级生物氧化法脱氮(简称生物氧化法)等技术,经过小试、中试及局部生产性试验,取得了明显的脱氮效果,在源头来水水质较稳定的情况下,可确保外排污水中NH3-B达标。
The NH3-N concenration of foe wastewater discharge fhat was treated by the neutralization, sedimentation and biological tank does not meet the.domestic discharge stand ard with the petrochemical products increasting and heavy oil upgrading. The A/O biological film denitrification, perchloride denitification, blowing of nitrogen in: canstic aeration and batch multstage biological oxidation methods, etc. achieved obvioud denitrification efficiency by small-scale, pilot-scale and partally industrial test. The NHk3-N concentration of the wastewater discharge can meet the domestic discharge standard when the quality of inlet wastewater is stable.
