摘要
对实验室建设、实验教学、实验室专任教师考核、实验设备管理和实验室开放等5个方面进行了精细化管理的探索与实践。实践表明,把实验室建设大项目化整为零、层层抓落实,对实验教学分层施策、按环节管理,量化考核实验室专任教师工作业绩,分类量化实验设备管理工作量,分层次完善实验室开放管理办法并加之规范的过程管理,可有效提升实验室管理水平。
The practices show that the level of laboratory management can be enhanced effectively if the laboratory construction project can be broken up into parts and the layer upon layer can be grasped into implementation;if the experimental teaching can be treated hierarchically and be managed according to the links;if laboratory full-time teacher's performance can be evaluated quantitatively;if the experiment equipment management work can be evaluated quantitatively according to class;if the management method about laboratory opening can be established hierarchically;and if the strict process management can be carried out.
