摘要
根据北京理工大学生命学院"生物医药成分分离与分析北京市重点实验室"培训管理模式的探索和实践,介绍了在实验室培训过程中形成的系统化、规范化、制度化的培训思路和方法,总结了培训管理对提升科研型实验室高效运行、提高学生科研技能所起到的关键作用。
Based on years of exploration and practice of training and management profile in our laboratory,this article proposes a series of systematic,standardized,institutionalized theories and methodologies during the laboratory training development.And it is summarized that improved training management plays a critical role in increasing the operation efficacy of scientific research laboratory,and enhancing the scientific capability of students.
