潮起潮落 推陈出新——西方译学发展简论(之一)

西方译学的发展经历了六个翻译高潮 ,每一个翻译高潮都是在特定的社会历史背景下产生的 ,每一个翻译高潮都涌现出一大批翻译家、翻译理论家 ,都推动了译学的发展。本文对每一高潮产生的历史背景、译人译作译论、翻译特点等进行了简要的分析 。

The translatology in the west has its climax of six times in the development of translation ,which occured in the certain background of history, in which of them appeared quite a number of translators ,interpreters and the theorists of translation,and which actuated the development of the translatology.This essay gives a brief analysis of the background of the history ,translators ,translation works and theories , and a serious study of the regularities in this development.
