摘要
随着国际民商事关系的日益发展,越来越多的英语法律文本走进人们的工作和日常生活。因此,具备一些相应的法律英语语体知识是有益的而且也是必须的。文章先从介绍近些年来人们对法律语体的研究模式日益受到关注和重视入手,接着运用体裁分析研究模式对英语法律语体(主要对国际条约)进行分析。通过对一个小型语料库(30篇英语国际条约)的考察,并在量化分析的基础上,分析英语国际条约的特定语步结构及其主要交际目的。
As the international civil and commercial relationship increasingly develops,more and more English legal texts come into people's work and daily lives.Therefore,people's possession of some stylistic knowledge of legal English is helpful and necessary.The paper first introduces people's increasing interest in and attention to the research methods of legal texts in recent years,and then analyzes the legal texts(mainly the international treaties) by employing the research method of genre analysis.Based on the quantitative research,this paper studies a mini-corpora-bank(30 international treaties in English) and analyzes the typical move structure and major communicative goals of English international treaties.
