磁共振在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的体会

摘要 目的:判定磁共振在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。材料与方法:我们统计了30例卵巢肿瘤患者,年龄为18至58岁。术前均接受了磁共振与B超二种方法检查,以术后病理诊断结果为标准,将磁共振与B超二种方法对30例卵巢肿瘤定性诊断的准确性加以比较。结果:磁共振获得定性诊断29例,其准确率为96.7%,而B超获得定性诊断仅为19例,其准确率为63.3%。结论:磁共振对卵巢肿瘤的定性诊断明显优于B超,它具有重要的临床应用价值。 Purpose: To identify the applied value of MR in the diagnosis of ovarian masses. Materials and Methods: The authors reported the results of 30 patients with ovarian masses, whose age ranged between 18 and 58 years old. Before operation, these patients all received both the examinations of MR and type B ultrasound. Taking the result of postoperative pathologic diagnosis as a standard, we compared the accuracy between MR and type B ultrasound in the qualitative diagnoses of 30 patients with ovarian masses. Results: Using MR obtained 29 cases of the qualitative diagnosis with 96. 7% of the accuracy but using type - B ultrasound obtained only 19 cases of the qualitative diagnosis with 63. 3% of the accuracy. For the qualitative diagnosis of ovarian masses, MR is superior significantly to type - B ultrasound and therefore it has important applied value.
