摘要
超高速CT是本世纪90年代初开发出来的一种新型医学影像诊断设备,它是利用电子束扫描代替机械扫描,又称做第五代CT,其扫描速度可在不到1/4秒种内获取8个相邻层面的图,而无需挪动病人。当使用多层扫描模式时,其扫描时间可缩短至0.05秒钟,并可获得34个层面的图像,同时能清晰显示组织中的微细结构和微小病灶。本文概述了超高速CT的结构、工作原理、以及临床应用的优越性,旨在为我省今后引进和应用这一新型设备提供些基本知识。
Superhigh - speed CT is a new - type medical imaging equipment developed in the 90’ s beginning of this century. This equipment applies electron beam scan to substitute mechanical scan and it is called five generation’s CT. Its speed of scan is so fast that can obtain images in 8 neighbor layers within less than a quarter seconds and there is no need for patient to be remove. When to use multi - mode scan, the scanning time can be shortened to 0. 05 seconds and can obtain images in 34 layers, simultaneously, can clearly dispaly the mi-crostructure and small lesions in various tissues. The structure, working principles, and clinical advantages of this equipment were summarized in the paper to provide some basic knowledges for future application of superhigh -speed CT in our province.
