稳心颗粒联合西医治疗冠心病心律失常对照观察

Wenxin Granule Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Arrhythmia Control Observation

[目的]探讨稳心颗粒联合西医治疗冠心病心律失常的临床疗效。[方法]将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用休息、抗感染、消除诱因、利尿及阿司匹林、硝酸酯类药物常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,采用稳心颗粒治疗,每次普通型9g或无糖型5g,3次/d,温开水冲服。治疗2~4周判定疗效。[结果]对照组总有效率为80.00%,治疗组总有效率为95.00%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。[结论]稳心颗粒联合西医治疗冠心病心律失常临床疗效确切,值得推广使用。

[Objective] To investigate the Wenxin Granule in treating arrhythmia of coronary heart disease clinical curative effect.[Methods] Retrospective analysis of our hospital in recent years in 80 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia in patients with clinical data.[Results] 40 patients as control group,routine treatment,the total effective rate was 80.00%,the treatment group 40 cases,on the basis of routine treatment,using Wenxin Granule on the treatment,the total effective rate was 95.00%;in two groups of patients with clinical efficacy,treatment group was better than the control group.[Conclusion] Wenxin Granule in treating arrhythmia of coronary heart disease clinical curative effect,is worth popularizing.
