胆汁槟榔维B_1胶囊联合麻仁软胶囊治疗慢传输型便秘对照观察

Bile Areca Vitamin B_1 Capsule Combined with Maren Soft Capsule in the Treatment of Slow Transit Constipation Control Observation

[目的]探讨胆汁槟榔维B1胶囊联合麻仁软胶囊治疗慢传输型便秘的疗效。[方法]将90例便秘患者分为三组,Ⅰ组单用胆汁槟榔B1胶囊,Ⅱ组单用麻仁软胶囊,Ⅲ组联合应用胆汁槟榔维B1胶囊与麻仁软胶囊,均2周后观察疗效。[结果]各组总有效率分别为63.30%、53.30%、和90.00%。Ⅲ组有效率均高于Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组。[结论]胆汁槟榔维B1胶囊与麻仁软胶囊均是治疗慢传输型便秘的有效药物,两药联用可提高治疗效果。

[Objective] The study was to evaluate the effcacy of Puritybile capsules Maziren soft capsule for the treatment of slow transit constipation(STC).[Methods] Ninety patients with STC were divided into 3 groups randomly,patients in group A took Puritybile capsules;patients in group B,Maziren soft capsule;patients in group C,Puritybile capsules and Maziren soft capsule.The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated 2 weeks after treatment.[Results] The general effect in group C was higher than that group A and than that in group B.[Conclusion] It is concluded that Puritybile capsules and Maziren soft capsule are effective for treatment of STC,while the combined application of two has stronger therapeutical effect.
