早期综合康复联合常规药物治疗脑卒中偏瘫对照观察

Combine Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Early Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy Stroke Hemiplegia Clinical Observation

[目的]探讨早期综合康复联合常规药物治疗对急性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损、运动功能及日常生活活动能力的影响。[方法]156例急性脑卒中患者随机分为康复组及对照组,治疗组在采用常规药物治疗同时,进行早期综合康复治疗,对照组仅采用常规药物治疗。两组患者由同一医师在入院时1~3d进行首轮评定,35d后由该医师进行第2次评定。[结果]治疗后两组的NIHSS、FMA和ADL评分与治疗前相比均有改善,康复组各指标的改善明显优于对照组。[结论]早期综合康复治疗能有效改善急性脑卒中偏瘫患者的运动功能,提高生活能力,减少神经功能缺损。

[Objective] Investigate early comprehensive rehabilitation combined with conventional drug therapy in patients with acute stroke neurological deficits,motor function and activities of daily living ability.[Methods]156 cases of acute cerebral stroke were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group,treatment group in the conventional drug therapy,early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,the control group only with conventional drug therapy.Two groups of patients by the same physician at the time of admission from 1 to 3D for a first round of evaluation,35d by the physician for the second assessment.[Results] In two groups after the treatment of NIHSS,FMA and ADL score compared with before treatment was improved,rehabilitation group of each indicators improved significantly better than the control group.[Conclusion] Early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment could effectively improve the acute stroke patients with hemiplegia motor function,improving living ability,reduce the neural function defect.
