中医辨证分型联合西药治疗系统性红斑狼疮对照观察

Syndrome Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine for Treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Observation

[目的]观察中医辨证分型联合西药治疗系统性红斑狼疮的临床疗效。[方法]将94例系统性红斑狼疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组47例。对照组给予强的松,80mg/次,1次/d,口服;环磷酰胺,0.4g/次,1次/周,静脉滴注。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上使用中医辨证分型治疗。治疗2个月判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率93.60%,对照组治愈率74.50%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组。[结论]中医辨证分型联合西药治疗系统性红斑狼疮疗效满意。

[Objective] To observe the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine for treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus clinical curative effect.[Methods] 94 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,47 cases in each group.The control group was given prednisone,80mg/,1 /d,cyclophosphamide,oral;0.4g/,1 times / week,intravenous drip.The treatment group treatment based on the use of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment.2 months of treatment the curative effect.[Results] The total effective rate of treatment group 93.60%,control group,the cure rate was 74.50%,total effective rate of the treatment group is superior to control group.[Conclusion] Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine for treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus with satisfactory results.
