中药坐浴配合微波理疗治疗肛周湿疹对照观察

Traditional Chinese Medicine Hip Bath Combined with Microwave Therapy in Treating Perianal Eczema Control Observation

[目的]观察中药坐浴配合微波理疗治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效。[方法]选取在我院肛肠科就诊的肛周湿疹患者80例,并随机将其分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组采用中药坐浴配合微波理疗,对照组采用丁酸氢化可的松软膏局部外用。治疗1个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为97.50%,对照组总有效率为82.50%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药坐浴配合微波理疗治疗肛周湿疹具有良好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

[Objective]To observe the sitz bath of Chinese medicine combined with microwave therapy in treatment of perianal eczema.[Methods]Selected in our hospital anorectal clinic patients with perianal eczema in 80 cases,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group with sitz bath of Chinese medicine combined with microwave therapy,the control group using hydrocortisone butyrate ointment topical treatment.After 1 courses of treatment the curative effect[.Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.50%,the total effective rate in control group was 82.50%,the treatment group were better than the control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion] Sitz bath of Chinese medicine combined with microwave therapy in treating perianal eczema has good clinical curative effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
