补阳还五汤加减联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变对照观察

Buyanghuanwu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Five Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Controlled Observation

[目的]观察补阳还五汤加减联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。[方法]将98例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组49例。对两组患者均给予糖尿病基础治疗,对照组给予维生素B1和B12治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上使用补阳还五汤加减(药用黄芪、归尾、党参、赤芍、桃仁,等)。两组均以15d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率89.90%,对照组总有效率75.51%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组。[结论]补阳还五汤加减联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效满意,在临床上推广使用具有一定的意义。

[Objective] To observe the Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of five diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical curative effect.[Methods] 98 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,49 cases in each group.In two groups of patients were given diabetic basic therapy,the control group was treated with vitamin B1 and B12 treatment,the treatment group treatment based on the use of Buyanghuanwu Decoction(five medicinal Astragalus,Codonopsis,radix paeoniae rubra,back,walnuts,etc.).The two groups were 15d 1 treatment course,after 2 courses of treatment the curative effect.[Results] The total effective rate of treatment group 89.90%,control group,the cure rate was 75.51%,total effective rate of the treatment group is superior to control group.[Conclusion] The Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of five cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with,to promote the use of clinical significance.
