中药汤剂联合西医治疗重症急性胰腺炎对照观察

Traditional Chinese Medicine dDecoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis Comparative Observation

[目的]观察中药汤剂联合西医治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效。[方法]将120例重症胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药汤剂治疗。观测血清、尿淀粉酶、反应蛋白值、并发症、中转手术率与病死率。[结果]两组患者治疗后血清淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶、及治疗组患者治疗后反应蛋白明显低于治疗前,治疗组患者并发症发生率、中转手术率、总病死率明显低于对照组。[结论]中药汤剂联合西医治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效显著且可有效改善其预后,值得临床广泛推广。

[Objective] To observe the decoction of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.[Methods] 120 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment,the treatment group in the control group treated with Decoction of Chinese medicine treatment.Observation of serum,urine amylase,CRP values,complications,transit operation rate and fatality rate.[Results] Two groups of patients after treatment,serum amylase and urine amylase,the patients in the treatment group after treatment of reactive protein was significantly lower than that before treatment,the treatment group with the incidence of complications,transit operation rate,total mortality rate was significantly lower than that of control group.[Conclusion] Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis curative effect and can effectively improve the prognosis,worthy of clinical application.
